Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Surgical Oncologist with a primary interest in gastrointestinal cancers. CTCA is a single-specialty, tertiary hospital system providing a comprehensive, fully integrative approach to cancer care.
The Surgical Oncologist will practice alongside a well-established, multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused care for adult oncology patients requiring complex abdominopelvic and hepatobiliary-pancreatic surgery. The ideal candidate will have extensive work experience, including liver resections, RFAs, and Whipples. Robotics-assisted surgery certification is preferred, but not required. There are opportunities for clinical trials.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
MD, DO, or foreign-degree equivalent
BC/BE Surgical Oncology or General Surgery with advanced training in GI cancers
Fellowship trained in Surgical Oncology or HPB
Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
