The Culinary Service Representative is a customer service orientation position that performs a variety of diet office and patient service tasks, which relate to the delivery and implementation of patient meal service to include: diet order documentation, food preferences, menu selections, tray delivery and food complaints, distribution and collection of menus.
Key Position Qualifications
1 year of Customer Service experience in hospitality, restaurant service or other related customer service position or formal training
A.S. in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Customer Service training with certificate preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of professional Customer Service approach
Basic understanding of and ability to use a computer
Safe food handler certified or willingness to complete training while employed
