Position Overview

Responsible for managing all administrative and clinical aspects of the Personalized Medicine Center (PMC) and/or component of a CLIA lab within a PMC (if applicable); this includes but is not limited to coordinating patient care; tracking clinical/pathologic/molecular data and outcomes for each patient; ensuring the delivery of the management s; e.g.  Strategy and PMC implementation services, Brand building, marketing, and sales execution services, Profiling and clinical coordination services, Clinical trials and Pharma relations services, Education and training services, and Finance and payer relations services.

Key Position Qualifications

  • 1-2 years healthcare experience
  • Minimum BS/BA in business, healthcare or other related field
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Registered Nurse – required; OCN certification required within 6 months of employment
  • Some Project management experience and/or relevant Project Management coursework required. 
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Greenbelt training preferred.
