Volunteers are an essential part of the volunteer program at Eastern. As a floater and special project volunteer you will lead and/or assist with clerical needs throughout the hospital. This includes but is not limited to answering phone calls, data entry, filing, assembly of patient information packets, delivery of patient mail, escorting patients throughout the hospital as needed, and other duties as assigned.

This opportunity requires a candidate with strong communication and customer service skills. Candidates must have the ability to work independently under the direction of the Volunteer Program. This position requires excessive walking and movement.
Requirement of commitment of at least once a week for four hours of volunteer work for a period of at least six months.
