Job Summary/Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible to source, identify, screen, interview and deliver qualified, top talent to Cancer Treatment Centers of America hiring managers for all positions of responsibility, exempt and non-exempt.  Establish recruiting strategies to create strong pipelines of candidates to meet short and long term staffing needs.  Proactively build future talent bench to meet the needs of a growing organization.  Meet and exceed agreed upon service level agreements in the areas of cost, quality, responsiveness and efficiency.  Monitor and evaluate talent dashboards and other recruitment metrics, and serves as project manager as assigned.  Maintain confidentiality in the interactions with all levels of the organization.     


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist or recruitment experience required
  • Hospital recruitment experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, analysis, organization, planning and presentation skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically
  • Strong planning skills
  • Sense of urgency and enthusiasm
  • Passion for inspiring and developing people
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs
