JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Eastern Regional Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services. The primary duties of the Manager are to organize and manage all administrative and patient care procedures for the Cardiopulmonary department. The Manager Acts as liaison between department and medical staff and keeps current with the latest medical and technological advances, disseminating this information to appropriate hospital staff. Establishes productive and constructive relationships between Physicians, Respiratory Care Practitioners, Cardiac Echosonographers, Registered Nurses, and other health care providers regarding patient care issues and concerns.This is a full-time salaried position working at our hospital located in Northeast Philadelphia.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Current Pennsylvania license as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligible for immediate Pennsylvania licensure).
  • RRT-Registered Respiratory Technician certification required.
  • BLS/CPR and ACLS required.
  • Ability to perform EKG's and EEG's required.
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in Respiratory care required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
