Position Overview

The Guest Services Associate will assist in the daily activities and function of the Patient Relations department. They will professionally represent Cancer Treatment Centers of America when dealing with patients and guests. The Guest Services Associate will possess the following qualities: compassion, enthusiasm, initiative, resourcefulness and be team oriented. They will exhibit excellent verbal and writing skills as well as attention to detail. Additionally, the Guest Services Associate will be sensitive to the needs of patients and their guests and will set an example in way of handling difficult situations and helping make decisions to where patients would be most comfortable and receive the best benefit of care.

Key Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a work related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality and healthcare industry, Advocacy preferred
  • Must have a strong interest in customer service and patient empowered care
  • Ability to handle a high level of tasks and time management
  • Various patient relations issues and decisions; makes recommendations for solution of issue and challenges, address problems and concerns
